How Does it Work?

New Players at Joya Casino who choose to take advantage of this amazing promotion will receive a 100% Cash Match of up to €25,000 EUR / £25,000 GBP / $25,000 USD / $25,000 AUD / $25,000 CAD matching your first five deposits of all time with Joya Casino.

This means that for each of your first five deposits at Joya Casino, you may receive up to €5,000 EUR / £5,000 GBP / $5,000 USD / $5,000 AUD / $5,000 CAD per deposit as the maximum Deposit Cash Match Bonus adding up to a total maximum of €25,000 EUR / £25,000 GBP / $25,000 USD / $25,000 AUD / $25,000 CAD over the course of your first five deposits cumulatively.

Where Players choose the 100% Deposit Cash Match Bonus and deposit less than the maximum permissible, Player will still receive a 100% Deposit Cash Match Bonus on any lesser amount that was actually deposited.

The Joya Casino 100% Deposit Cash Match Bonus will be provided to eligible Players as either a Boost Bonus or as a Cash Bonus at the Player’s option. In other words, you are given the choice whether you wish to receive the 100% Deposit Cash Match Bonus as either a Cash Bonus or a Boost Bonus which is explained in greater detail below.

Eligibility and Procedure

To be eligible for Joya Casino’s 100% Deposit Cash Match Welcome Bonus of up to €25,000 EUR / £25,000 GBP / $25,000 USD / $25,000 AUD / $25,000 CAD promotion, the Player must be making one of the Player’s first five (5) deposits of all time with Joya Casino.

With respect to the Player’s first five (5) deposits with Joya Casino, the Player will be given an option at the time of depositing if the Player wishes to apply the 100% Deposit Cash Match Welcome Bonus of up to €5,000 EUR / £5,000 GBP / $5,000 USD / $5,000 AUD / $5,000 CAD per deposit up to a total maximum of €25,000 EUR / £25,000 GBP / $25,000 USD / $25,000 AUD / $25,000 CAD over the course of the Player’s first five deposits.

At the time of making your eligible deposit you will automatically be presented with all of the available deposit bonuses which are currently available to you. Simply select the 100% Deposit Cash Match Welcome Bonus option at the time of making your eligible deposit if you wish to participate in this promotion. Once you choose to activate this bonus, you then may choose whether to take your 100% Deposit Cash Match Welcome Bonus as a “Cash Bonus” or as a “Boost Bonus”.

What’s the difference between a Cash Bonus versus a Boost Bonus?

Boost Bonus

Taking a Boost Bonus means that the amount of the Player’s deposited funds are mixed together with the Player’s Bonus funds into the Player’s Boost Bonus Account.

There are pros and cons to taking a Boost Bonus. The benefit of the Boost Bonus format is that it provides the Player with the immediately higher balance, giving the Player the ability to play for longer. However there are also detriments to the Player which Players should bear in mind.

Firstly, when you take a Boost Bonus, you are then unable to deposit or withdraw from your Player Account until the Boost Bonus’ rollover / wagering requirements are completed, or else you request to cancel the Boost Bonus. This simply means that your ability to deposit and withdraw funds in and out of your Joya Casino Account is restricted until you complete the Boost Bonus requirements.

Once the required rollover to complete the Boost Bonus is completed, the Bonus Amount get unlocked and transferred automatically into your Player Account, and the funds are then yours to withdraw or play. Your Joya Casino Account is under no further restrictions thereafter, so you are free to deposit and withdraw at will.

Players should also be aware that games which fall under Joya Casino’s Excluded Games list become unavailable during the time in which you have a Boost Bonus still in progress. Additionally, Players should be aware that there is a different contribution scale for the rollover / wagering requirements between the two bonus types in accordance with Joya Casino’s Bonus Contribution Chart.

Other differences with a Boost Bonus are that there is a time limit of 90 days during which time the Boost Bonus must be completed. There are also limits to the maximum amount you may bet per game play as well as a maximum prize amount which Players may win from the Boost Bonus. Cash Bonus

Taking a Cash Bonus means that the amount of the Cash Bonus goes into your Locked Bonus Amount. Your Real Credits and the Locked Bonus Amount are kept totally separate. While you do not receive the boost to your playable funds immediately (as you would taking a Boost Bonus), there are numerous benefits to opting for a Cash Bonus as detailed below.

Your Player Account is completely unrestricted so you are free to play any and all games of your choosing at all times. You are also completely unrestricted in your ability to deposit and withdraw funds from your account. Cash Bonuses never expire, so you are always free to deposit and withdraw from your Joya Casino Account and play at full liberty at all times.

The Cash Bonus funds remain in your Cash Bonus Account until you complete the associated rollover / wagering requirements. As soon as you complete the associated rollover to unlock any Cash Bonus, the full amount of the Cash Bonus is instantaneously transferred directly into your Player Account. I.e. Once you complete the required rollover, the Cash Bonus funds are unlocked to your Player Account funds and are then immediately available for you to play or withdraw as your own funds.

While with a Boost Bonus you can only have one in progress at a time, Players are allowed to have several Cash Bonuses in your Cash Bonus Account. As you play eligible games on Joya Casino, all of your eligible bets count towards the rollover requirements for your Cash Bonuses, and your Cash Bonus funds will be transferred to your Player Account one by one, in chronological order, as you unlock them by completing the rollover for each Cash Bonus simply by playing as you normally would.

Unlike with Boost Bonuses, with Cash Bonuses your ability to make deposits into and withdrawals out of your Player Account is totally unrestricted. There are no limits whatsoever placed on your Joya Casino Player Account. Simply play as normal and you will unlock your Cash Bonuses upon completing the associated rollover requirements. The promotion is valid per the specified time period and other criteria outlined in these Terms as well as those specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Joya Casino. Violation of the Terms may result in disqualification from the bonus or promotion.
